In Favor of:
Tort Reform -- improve rules against frivolous lawsuits that add millions in costs of malpractice insurance premiums. Allow Insurance providers to sell insurance across state lines thus driving competition. Streamline FDA processes to allow drugs, technologies and treatments to become available without unnecessary bureaucratic expenses. Increase availability and use of medical savings accounts by ensuring all monies spent on or saved for medical purposes is 100% deductible expense for taxes. Removal of government control in the health care industry.
Opposed to:
Obama Care (aka Romney Care) -- Recent legislation forced through against the will of the American people. Any nationalization of our health care industry.
